Here are some of the better players I have seen in no particular order. Mostly from the Mt. Vernon to Salem area.
T. Barcizewski-Rome
Jackson-Central City
Blazier-Nashville
Milner-Cisne
Johannes-Raccoon(Hard to pick one standout from this team. They are a solid 5-6 players)
Anthony-Selmaville
Hemby-MTV St. Mary
Best-Jasper(Fairfield)
Koehnke/C.Rose-Iuka
Wilshire-South Central

Roderic Gatewood is a sixth grade guard from Meridian that is good. He has all the tools.
Tyler Lang from Century (8th grade) can shoot the lights out.
Alton Hervey is young and large. 6'3", or so, and over 200 pounds. He has has soft hands and a nice touch in the paint.
Isaiah Brown is a deft guard/forward that plays hard (like his brother, Malachi Brown - starting forward for the Pilots). Isaiah handles and shoots with either hand and he loves to defend.
Both played a role in Cairo's dominating team from last season but have stood out after so much firepower went on to high school.
Cairo is good but last season's team was something special. Three freshman are contributing on varsity and another that might be starting moved to Wisconsin.

I haven't seen a lot, but Alton Hervey seems strong in the paint and Isiah Brown plays hard and scores a lot. Both are at Cairo.
